COVID-19 Vaccine

  • Click to the button below to view our Covid-19 vaccination calendar, please read the instructions carefully once there. Eligibility is now 65+, fire, police, EMT, health care workers, and anyone that falls into categories 1A, 1B, 1C. As of April 5th, anyone 16 years and older will be eligible for the vaccine. However we have the Moderna vaccine at the MENOMONIE Medicine Shoppe, which is available to anyone 18 years and older. Please understand we need to get the most vulnerable (65+) and most high risk patients vaccinated first. There is no need to show up before your scheduled time and try not to call the store, and remember to cancel your appointment if you go elsewhere. Please bring your Medicare card and insurance card. If the calendar says "no appointments in the next month" keep checking back, we will be adding near term appointments as we go, thank you for your patience.
